Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used personal care products.

  • Items bought on sale or through promotions.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return

  2. Return Shipping
    We will provide return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  3. Inspection
    Returned items are inspected to ensure they meet return criteria.


Refund Policy

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • The refund will exclude original shipping fees.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference.
